VARIABLE ANNUITY (2-19)

Prior to 1990, Florida Life Agents had to successfully complete a separate Variable Annuity examination to be licensed as a Life and Variable Annuity Agent.

Florida Life-only agents who wish to solicit variable insurance and annuity products, must also hold a separate Variable Annuity (2-19) license. Florida requires those agents to sit for a 25 question exam but they are NOT required to complete any specific pre-licensing education.

Wall Street Instructors offers an on-line study program for the Variable Annuity (2-19) exam. The study material includes downloadable text covering fixed and variable annuities, Florida regulations regarding variable insurance products, and a copy of the test outline as well as three sample exams you can take on-line for $24.00 (90 day access).
