Welcome to Wall Street Instructors’ Nonqualified Plans online continuing education web course for Florida life agents. This interactive self-study program has been accepted by the Florida Department of Financial Services to meet 6 credits of intermediate-level continuing education for life-licensed agents.

The study lesson is divided into five modules covering Nonqualified Plans in general, and Deferred Compensation, Executive Bonus, Group Carve-Out, and Takeover Defenses in greater detail.

After you review the text, you must successfully complete a final examination. This multiple-choice examination is offered online and will be automatically graded, with results released to you immediately upon completion. Passing grade for this program is 70% correct. The exam is given on the “honor system” — an outside monitor is NOT needed.

Upon successful completion of the final exam, Wall Street Instructors will send you a certificate of completion for your records and electronically file your results with the Florida Department of Financial Services.

Complete the multiple-choice Final Examination online. Results are released immediately upon completion. A passing grade of 70% is required.

If you do not score 70% or better, re-examination is available. Wall Street Instructors will send your certificate of completion and file your results with the Department of Financial Services.
