- In-service withdrawals, hardship distributions, and plan loans
- Premature distributions, required minimum distributions, and rollovers
- SIMPLE 401(k) plans — small employer rules and comparison to SIMPLE IRAs
- Solo 401(k) plans — owner-only businesses and self-employed individuals
- Roth 401(k) designated accounts — contributions, distributions, and rollovers to Roth IRA
How This Course Works
The course is presented in eight modules. Work through each module at your own pace using the Table of Contents link below.
You may study the modules in any order. Links at the top, bottom, and sides of each page allow you to navigate between modules.
After completing all eight modules, take the self-monitored final examination. The passing score is 70% correct. No outside monitor is needed.
Upon successful completion, Wall Street Instructors will send you a certificate of completion and electronically file your CE credits with the Florida DFS.
